Good news on that front; I was thinking I had broken the digest mode,
since I'm subscribed to Celandra and wasn't seeing digests, and I know
Celandra has plenty of traffic. 

And then I realized, Celandra has traffic BUT IT ISN'T A GAMEHAWK LIST.
It only has the same Firehawk-import that the other unconverted lists
have. So I ran the Gamehawk-version daemon against it and hey, I got a
digest. 

I am so stupid.
